Project Objectives
- Research and Mapping
A comprehensive study will be conducted to understand current youth work models in isolated and disadvantaged areas. This will involve gathering insights from youth, youth workers, and local government representatives. - Developing Solutions
Based on our findings, we will design specialized training programs and a flexible youth work model adaptable to various community needs. - Piloting and Feedback
We will pilot these models in selected communities, allowing direct feedback from youth and local stakeholders to ensure the models’ effectiveness and sustainability.
